6th Class went to Aperee Living in Camp yesterday for some carol singing. The children and residents had a great time and it really helped us get into the Christmas spirit. Big thanks to Aperee Living for inviting us and for giving us some lovely treats after.
We had a special visitior in school today. There was great excitement as Santa took time out of his very busy schedule to visit the children in Aughacasla. He spoke to each class and gave each child a selection box. Huge thank you to the local Gardaí who helped make it all possible and a big thanks to the PA who contributed to the day.
