Minister for Education, Norma Foley, visited our school recently. She received a warm welcome from students and staff and we were all thrilled to have such an important visitor to the school. Minister Foley spoke with all the children and commended them on their good work. The children played a selection of tunes, sang songs and asked Minister Foley some questions. The school gave her a special presentation to thank her for her visit. It was a very memorable day for everyone in Aughacasla NS.
