Dear Parents
I hope this letter finds both you and your families safe and well and that everyone had an enjoyable Easter break. I would just like to update you on the school’s progress with establishing a continuity of learning for the students. The school has setup G Suite for Education with every teacher in the school now having their own individual email address which you can now contact them on if you have any questions regarding your child’s learning. Teachers will continue to set work for each student at the start of each week and this will be sent to you through email, through the Aladdin School App and will also be put up on the school’s website. Each individual teacher will also make provision for regular assignments for their students on top of the regular work in the workbooks. This might include the completion of worksheets, project work and report writing. Parents and students can then choose to return this completed work to their teachers for assessment and feedback via the teachers email address by taking a clear photo or scanning the work or typing the work if they so wish. As always none of this work is mandatory and is at the discretion of you the parent and it is not intended to put you or your child under any undue pressure or stress during these challenging times. You know your child best and only engage in the amount of work that you deem necessary for your child. Every household has differing challenges at the moment and every teacher in the school knows and understands this. We are here to help and can be contacted through the below email addresses.
