What a day it was for six of our pupils from 5th and 6th Class yesterday. The children competed in the Kerry Robotics Championships 2019 in Tralee IT. The children showed off their robot and visited the ‘Pit Area’ for repairs and modifications to their robot. The children took part in both individual and team challenges. There was even a surprise visit from Kieran Donaghy who spoke to the children about dealing with pressure before a match or competition. It was a fantastic event and the children thoroughly enjoyed taking part. Well done to all who took part and big thanks to Ms Hennessy for accompanying the children.
