Rang a hAon makes carrot soup

Rang a hAon harvested the carrots they planted last year and were amazed by how big some of them had grown. As part of their work on procedural writing in Literacy, they used this opportunity to make carrot and potato soup. The children carefully followed each step of the process and then wrote their own recipes afterwards. The soup turned out delicious, and everyone really enjoyed tasting the results of their hard work.
