The Gingerbread Man

‘Run, run, as fast as you can. You can’t catch me I’m the gingerbread man.’ The Gingerbread Man is the story for ‘Learning Through Play’ this week in Junior and Senior Infants. ‘Learning Through Play’ is a vital teaching methodology that we use in Aughacasla NS to teach the primary curriculum. During this time the students implement what they have learned in literacy, maths and other areas and apply them to games, activities and role plays of real-life situations.
