5th and 6th Class recently took part in a creative writing workshop, with Fighting Words, via Zoom. It was facilitated by local writer and parent Ailbhe Keogan. The class planned and wrote the start of their story collaboratively and each child wrote their own ending. The children then received a publication of their story complete with illustrations. The children really enjoyed the experience and produced some great stories.
