On Thursday, 16th of June we had our Sports Day. Luckily the weather stayed dry and the sun even made an appearance! We had great fun at all the various stations. There was lots of different races including wheelbarrow, three legged and an spud and spoon race. We manoeuvred our way through the obstacle course and tested our soccer skills at a penalty shot out. It’s clear we have some contenders for the Irish soccer team already! We had great fun playing dodgeball and bulldog. We even had a wellie throwing competition! We topped off the day with an ice-cream to cool us down after all the activities. We can’t wait for 2017 Sports Day already….. We will upload more pictures of the day when we gather them all from the teachers.
