Our Parent-Teacher meeting will take place tomorrow. All children need to be collected at 2.55 pm in order to facilitate the meetings, children who travel by bus will be picked up at 2:55 pm also. The meeting will commence at 3.15 pm and finish at 6.00 pm. If the time allocated to you is not suitable, please arrange to swap with another parent.
We are allowing approximately 5 minutes per parent. If you feel this is not sufficient time for you, please contact the teacher you need to see and we will arrange an alternative meeting. We ask all parents to please respect the time constraint we are under in order to allow the meetings to run as efficiently as possible.
