See below a note from the Parents’ Association.
Dear Parents
We know this is a busy time of year for everyone & so you may not have heard of our next fundraising event on Sunday the 17th which will be a bake sale. The Bake Sale will take place in Camp Old School directly after mass at 12.30pm. Yipee I hear you say, time to dust off the baking tins, get the baking roller out of the press and make some wonderful cakes, tarts, buns or whatever takes your fancy.
For anyone that loves to bake we would be delighted if you can bake anything at all & bring it to the bake sale on the 17th & maybe sample someone else’s culinary goodies. Don’t worry if you can’t bake, we still need your help, (a homemade shop bought is a nice cheat).
We also need helpful hands on the morning as there is plenty to do with tea’s & coffee’s not to mention an exciting raffle. There will be someone in camp old school from 11am to take in all the goodies but help will be needed to set up and make things look pretty & sell them all in time for the mass rush at 12.30pm.
We have a beautiful Christmas Hamper to raffle on the morning. The Christmas Hamper on offer is on display in O’Dwyer’s Mace Shop for all to see & make ticket purchases prior to the morning of the raffle.
We thank all parents for their continued support as without your involvement the fundraising wouldn’t be possible to benefit our children. Huge thanks again to all involved in the raising of €1366.41 from the bag packing in Dunnes, super work!!
Thanking You.
