We are delighted to announce that Aughacasla National School now has a school garden. We would like to say a huge thank you to Mrs Galvin’s lovely husband Kevin for making such an amazing masterpiece. We are very grateful to him as without it we wouldn’t of been able to make this possible.
Under the guidance of Miss Williams and Miss Neenan the children began planting some lettuce and chives today. We hope the dry weather continues as we would like to plant some carrots, potatoes and parsnips over the next few days.
