Aughacasla National School participated in the FAI 5-aside competition in Tralee on Monday 3rd April and Tuesday 4th April.
On Monday, despite the awful weather, the girls braved the elements and played some great soccer but unfortunately were unsuccessful in progressing to the next round.
It was the boys turn on Tuesday and with better weather conditions the boys won one and lost another. They were very unlucky not to advance on to the next stages.
Well done to all who took part and a big thanks to Mr Doyle for bring them and getting them so far in the competition.
